Return Policy

  • White Coat Boutique has a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. All returns have a flat rate fee of $7.99 to cover the cost of shipping, handling, and restocking.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • All customized item sales are final, which means we cannot accept returns. Returns will only be accepted if the product is faulty.
